Hi Arun,

was trying to upgrade mongodb 2.2 to 2.6 and upon testing 2.6 received
chunk out of order error..

Could you provide more detail about the upgrade process:

   - What exact 2.6.x version are you upgrading to? The current version in
   the 2.6.x series is 2.6.12
   - Was the deployment upgraded to 2.4 before? To upgrade to 2.6, you must
   be running 2.4
   <https://docs.mongodb.org/v3.0/release-notes/2.6-upgrade/#upgrade-requirements>
   .
   - Is this a GridFS sharded cluster deployment? If you have the required
   prerequisite, the page Upgrade a Sharded Cluster to 2.6
   <https://docs.mongodb.org/v3.0/release-notes/2.6-upgrade/#upgrade-a-sharded-cluster-to-2-6
   shows a detailed steps of the upgrade process.
   - What do the mongod logs show when this error occurred?

Though i upgraded the binaries,, didn’t upgrade the perl driver yet.

Could you provide the version of the Perl driver you are using?

Best regards,
Kevin
