Announcing node.js driver 2.1.18 with support for Node.js 6.0

Why ads?
The Node.js 2.1.18 driver is released with support for Node 6.0. The driver 
only contains an update to mongodb-core. If you are using kerberos you will 
need to reinstall the module to get updated version that will compile 
against Node 6.0.
