Does WiredTiger need a good setting for filesystem read_ahead_kb when using
buffered IO? Google searches doesn't find much beyond my blog posts. I am
running a few tests now to determine the benefit.

I am running performance tests on WiredTiger in MongoDB 3.3.5 for a
write-heavy workload and I want things to go faster. Sktalls on eviction
are a problem. What options can i try? In the past I used some of:
# storage.wiredTiger.engineConfig.configString:
"eviction_target=90,eviction_trigger=95,eviction_dirty_target=85,eviction=(threads_min=4,threads_max=4)"

By eviction stalls I mean that I see evict_server doing something and all
other threads waiting ->
